Garage Loft Conversion:

In this project we converted a bare framed loft into a finished studio with an ensuite half bath. We had to rough plumb the bathroom for a toilet and sink. We ran new electrical for lighting in the studio area and the bathroom. We installed drywall, painted the studio area, new millwork and new LVP flooring. We also installed a new toilet and vanity with a sink as well as installing 1 exterior door and 3 interior doors. Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ's

Answer: Yes, we give free estimates.

Answer:

There’s a lot of responsibility and liability that goes along with a home improvement project, and most of it rides on a general contractor. You can rely on your general contractor to be licensed and insured, and know that everyone they are working with will also be licensed and insured.

Answer: This all depends on the job, but remember you are not only paying for materials and labor, but experience and for someone who already has the right tools to do the job.
